We want you to be happy with your purchase from Not Happy Club. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Hats should be returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
To request a return, email us at emerikentshirtco@gmail.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us at emerikentshirtco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we will cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.
Sale items
Sale items are also eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee under the same conditions above.
